 Post subject: It is so hard!

Location: middle of nowhere, wisconsin
I have a really hard time with yoga/pilates. It is hard and I have no balance as it is. I am also not very flexible. Anyone have any tips?

I would say just work your way into it. Take it really slow at first and then start to add a little more weight as you become more of a veteren. Make sure you stretch first and don't put so much pressure on yourself. You are doing great, I can see from your avatar. :D

?? She doesn't have an avatar. My DH does Yoga and it helps his back a lot. It is hard at first but it gets easier. Some of the poses I will fall right over if I try to do.

I believe Atkins, when done properly, can work wonders on any metabolism. It is after you start doing it for a while and losing weight that you can modify it to suit YOUR body.
