 Post subject: Chicken Kabob

Always use chicken thighs my mother always told me...and she was RIGHT. They have more moisture than white meat and that is necessary when you are making these.

Mix together
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbs worcestershire
1 tbs paprika
2 tbs crushed garlic

spread on chicken and heat oil in a pan on the stove
sear quickly,
browning the chicken but not cooking through,
and put it on the kabob skewer
heat the oven on broil for 2 minutes with the kabobs in there
continue heating at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until cooked through

These are SO good! :o

I made these tonight, they are REALLY good. the only modifications I made was adding a little saffron :-D
