Always use chicken thighs my mother always told me...and she was RIGHT. They have more moisture than white meat and that is necessary when you are making these.
Mix together
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbs worcestershire
1 tbs paprika
2 tbs crushed garlic
spread on chicken and heat oil in a pan on the stove
sear quickly,
browning the chicken but not cooking through,
and put it on the kabob skewer
heat the oven on broil for 2 minutes with the kabobs in there
continue heating at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until cooked through
These are SO good!
